There are 70 visitors online. This may be legitimate, but it may also be an invasion. In the course of 90 days, there were over 800 new registrations on another 4wd website, most with far-off addresses, and with www sites that were not appropriate to off-roading.

Yep, we were discussing this the other day. As Mike mentioned in the "shout box" it's most likely spammers.

it's spam bots looking for Email addresses, and trying to sign up to spam the board. It also could be a google bot . The internet is a nasty place. If we had access to the server logs, we could see for sure.
