So saturday i was traveling at a mildly high rate of speed, and managed to tear a hole in the sidewall of one of my tires, now i have cheep M/T's on my truck and figured it would be easy to just replace the one and keep rolling, wait till after i lift her to get a set of bigger better tires. Unfortuantely the tires i have are discontinued, so i need to do something...
Should i replace two so i have a matching set front and back?
Replace them all, sell off two and keep one of the old ones as a spare?
Throw the stock wheels back on there till i lift it, then get all new rubber?
OR something i haven't thought of yet?

PLUS where do you buy your M/T's i live in alexandria, and no one seems to stock them within about 20 miles, and the ones who do know it and are charging accordingly.

What MTs are you running now? Check different brands and just get something with a matching tread pattern.

I'd throw the stockers back on until you are lifted if you already have the tires.

DONT PAY RETAIL FOR YOUR TIRES, GET THEM ONLINE, EVEN WITH THE SHITPPING THEY'RE STILL CHEAPER, besides anywhere around here isnt gonna have decent tires anyway, you might be able to get BFG muds but they'll want your first born child for them. seriously throw the stockers back on, wait till 4WPW has a free shipping weekend, and buy your tires. when i got my LTB's, i paid $774 shipped for tires and wheels, free shipping on both, bought on 2 seperate weekends. shitty tires will cost you in the long run, save your $$ and buy good tires, im sure you've seen what i put my tires through, and the only thing thats ever happend was i got a nail in one at work. if these tires you have now split open on the road, imagine what will happen when you wheel them 8O

The Dunlop Rover MTs have almost exactly the same tread pattern as yours. You could check them out and maybe find one cheap somewhere. I think Just Tires carries the Dunlops.

Otherwise, I agree with Turner: throw your stockers on if you're planning to lift your truck soon.

It wasn't on the road, but i know what you're getting at.

Looks like i will be throwing stockers on, and maybe leaving them on for awhille, i just heard i might be off to afghanistan in the spring, which will keep me pretty busy till then, i guess i'll see
