The pirate seach does suck. I think the PBB forum database has grown too large for efective seach.

Too much of this hobby is based around 3 letter words which the search will skip automatically.

The asterisk works well to remedy this.
Like:

35%*
trd*
sr5*
3rd*

Try it next time.
