My junk is too beat to wheel until 1) the steering is fixed up a bit, or 2) I do a SAS. You saw that idler arm bending like Gumby.

What went bad on the engine? Did you fix it?

No.2 rod bearing spun. It actually tore the lock tabs off.I tore it down and checked the crank which is ok and threw bearings in it. I got lucky for sure.

Seems to be ok although it has a valve train noise now that started after the rod was fixed. Seems like the valve adjuster screws are worn kinda bad is the noise. I'll get some one day but it runs so I'm happy :D
