This coming week I am dropping my retirement paperwork so I am heading to PA :). Lycoming County that is.

But due to family issues I might not be bringing back the exo-runner :(. we will have to see if it sells first though. I don't want to have more than one vehicle for myself while trying to buy a house so my logical self is saying keep the more reliable vehicle (2001 Tacoma) to drive and wheel with. I know this will take some getting used to for me and I will build it to hit some decent trails but nothing like the buggy or exo-runner could tackle. The next vehicle for that will come soon enough.

Right now I should be back to the east coast in Early July if all goes as planned. than it is time to hunt for a job and also get the paper work in to start up my small time fab business in PA.

See every one real soon.

Williamsport area? My mom's family is from Tioga County... Wellsboro, not too far from there.

But due to family issues... :(
Whatever that might be, I hope it all works out for you and your family.

I used to live in Williamsport, PA. I went to High School at Loyalsock Township HS

Yeah, Williamsport Area. I grew up there, Cogan Station to be exact, and all my family still lives there. We are looking at houses right now in the Loyalsock/Montoursville/Muncy area.

As far as family issues, Kathy's parents and my parents are all having medical issues at the present time.

Well, it looks like the medical problems are a little better than first expected. :) and it also is a 50/50 on selling the Tacoma or 4Runner. I just need to see how things go in that department.

However, my retirement got turned in and I will be leaving 9 May so if all goes as planned, I will be at EC4RJ08 :)

I have an official retirement date of 1 September 2008. It will be a total time of 21 Years and 1 month in the Army :). We also have all the paperwork done for a house in Nisbet, PA, just waiting on the closing. It is a less than one light town so you might have to look pretty hard to find it but it is close to Williamsport. The good news 4X4 wise is it has a detached 2 Car garage with 2 car carport off of that and it is on 4.2 acres. I should be able to get at least some parts of Kajobuilt up and running fairly quickly.

Now, I need to grow up and get a real job. I just finished a class on Resume's and Job hunting so I am gonna be searchong for a Management position in Manufacturing or Sales close to Williamsport. If anyone has any possible leads let me know ;)

I will be back in June/July and plan on frequenting Rausch Creek often:cool: as well as the Big Dogs Events etc....

It is gonna be nice to settle down in one place for the first time in my adult life.

Kathy, Ethan and Morgan are all very excited. It looks like I will be building something new though, Got an offer on the Exo-runner today that I could not refuse . Now I need to start thinking of my next build. The good news is that I have plenty of parts for the build already and have an idea in mind :).

Keep your eyes open for an 84-88 extra cab in decent shape for a decent price

Does it have to be an ExtraCab? My '85 may be going on the market shortly.

:( Sold the Exo-runner today. It was a good vehicle for me and it is sad to see it go. The new owner is one of my good friends here and he has big plans for it. He is planning on sending it to California for this years Marlin Crawler roundup, but first he is gonna go full width.

64 days 'till wheels up and counting.

Dayum! I know it was tough to sell the old rig, but it is kinda cool that it is staying in Hawaii. And I guess you will be needing that seat for the Jambo. :D

less than 48 hours until wheels up ;). I wore a uniform for the last time today and got my DD214 today which says I am retired, official date is 1 September but I am on leave for that amount of time with pay. 21 years, 1 month, and 14 days has been a long time. Now I need to grow up and get a real job.

Apparently the house I bought has 2 driveways and I have been told that one of them requires 4WD to get up :) of course we will see how bad it really is since none of my family understands what true wheeling is.

See you all real soon:cool:
