Hi there, I am pretty new to offroading and would like to learn as much as I can. I recently purchased a '99 Tacoma 4x4 with a 3" lift. I have taken it offroad only a couple of times and I am looking for new friends and new places to go in the future, any help in this regard would be great. Look forward to talking and hopefully meeting some of you in the future.

Welcome to the board.
Keep an eye on the "Get Togethers" section for opportunities to meet up with us. If you're new into wheeling, then a trip to GWNF would be a good starting point.

George Washington National Forest, near Harrisonburg, VA. Easy beginner/stock truck trails with some good places to camp.

Welcome Scott,
Beater's right about GWNF, it's a great place to cut your teeth. You can have fun, and not hurt your truck. Well, most likely not hurt your truck; I've seen some folks kiss some trees there. :D
Look for a GWNF run coming later in the winter, maybe late Feb, early March. There was also a guided ride at Rausch Creek, an offroad park in PA in mid-March last year that at least I'll be participating in again this year if they have it. As Jason said, keep your eyes on the Get Togethers section. Welcome to the forum.
