It's nice to have a virtual rally online. But since this is not in virtual court, and the judge is not virtual. What is going to change? They need a real lawyer to take on Trout Unlimited in the courts.

I dont know how much you know about trout unlimited but they arent making friends around here. Fisherman are against them cause they want to take majority of the usable creeks away from us by making them fly only. They are making their own bed and will have to lay in it.

I have read all about what is happening in Tellico. They are suing the Forest Service in Federal court saying Tellico is in violation of the Clean Water Act. They gathered some data, and will present it to the judge. To keep Tellico from being shut down, the offroaders need a lawyer that can beat their lawyer. The problem is, Tellico is probably in violation of the clean water act. In reality, the FS will take the easiest path, and shut down the trails. That is were we need to get a lawyer to sue the FS to follow the clean water act, and keep the trails open.
