Well I got my gears installed and it was a pain to get the pattern right. Zuk on pirate helped me confirm that the pattern I have is the best its going to be. Hope to get the third back in the truck over the weekend so I am 4WD again.

Below are pictures of the pattern

No more prerunner on 36" IROKs?

Was it a pain to set up because it's the front diff, or just 'cause? I'm considering trying to set up both of mine when the time comes.

It is the rear diff and it was hard because the gears did not have a good pattern so I tryed around 15 different shim packs. If you want to set-up your gears let me know and I will help you. It was also hard because the large adjuster on my diff had the threads messed up and it was hard to get the cap on right.

It is the rear diff .

Hmm. I thought you broke the front.

It was the rear and I was lucky enough to be able to drive around for 2 days with the missing teeth too. If I would have received Yukon gears I think getting the right pattern would have been easier but Yukon sent me Richmond gears which tend to favor the toe and my pattern was running off the toe.
