Never realized how big these things were. Look how it completely dwarfs the '97 .

Thanks guys, we're pretty happy with it. I was looking for a stock X but people were wanting $15-$17K for one with the same mileage. I couldn't pass this up, I can always take the lift out later but it's ok for now.

My 8,000lb gift to Green Peace.

please loose the rims.

OK, buy me a new set. I'm not crazy about them either but I wasn't going to pass on the truck for that reason. They'll do for a while. They're 16x10 and I'd like to go with 16x9 instead. These stretch the tires too much. I've never been on Craigslist, may have to check it out.

I may pull the spare tire from the inside and put a spare SmartCar there instead.

Captain's license is in the works, they did give me a learner's permit.

I need a bigger turbo, lost my first race the other day. Raced a modded WRX. We were neck and neck long enough for him to watch where I was through his side window as he pulled away. But hey he was modded plus the 8Klb vs 3Klb factor :D. After I get guages I'll crank the tune up... and hunt him down.

You should get a dp-tuner or TW tuner their the best tuner option for a 7.3 powerstroke. A modded h2E turbo, and DIY stage I injectors from rosewoods diesel, and a tourque converter and valvebody upgrade then youll leave the wrx in a cloud of smoke

DP Tuner is on my list, I read up on this Hypertech III and it's only set on 60hp right now. Until I get gauges that's where it will stay. Thanks for the advice on the tranny gear .

Yep, now I don't have to do it this winter. The guy that installed it was awesome, a great old school mechanic.
