well my auto hubs went out and i have manual hubs in my garage so i was wondering what needs to be done to swap them over. is it true that i cant just swap them over?

Yes but you're going to need the spindle hardware which consist of 2 54mm nuts, 1 locking washer, and 1 flat washer per side. Looks like this, http://www.trail-gear.com/images/nut-kit-600.jpg
To remove your hubs you need to spray the mounting studs with PB Blaster or similar product, remove nuts then smack each stud with a brass drift until the cone washers work themselves out. Before you re-install the cone washers on the new hubs, use some anti-seize on the outside of the cones, this will aid in their next removal.
If you haven't torn them down yet, now's a good time. Completely clean them out then lightly grease the internals. Mind how you take them apart as they have to go back together a certain way.

If you can hold on a week or two, you're welcome to bring your rig down to my place and we can do it here. After you pull a hub apart once it'll all make sense. Not real hard.
Do you have a 54mm socket? 2 1/8" works also. I have one if you need...

um well i dont have a 54mm socket but i might be able to borrow one from a co-worker, and i usually dont have weekends off, just week days

that might work. i usually get out of work around 3 then head over when you have a day off?
