Hey All

New to the Mid-Atlantic region (Elkton, MD). I have to have a bunch of preventative maintenance done on my truck. I talked to the yota dealer in Newark the other day, I get the feeling I'm gonna get jacked if I go there. Anyone know of a good shop in the area :?: Looking to do my timing belt, water pump, tune up, cooling system, belts, hoses, and some other odds and ends. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome. What kind of rig do you have? Any mods done to it?

You're gonna get screwed on the labor charge anywhere you take your rig, but the stealership is gonna be the worst. None of the parts needed are very expensive.

Belts, hoses, water pump, spark plugs & wires, etc. can easily be done at home. Timing belt is a bit more involved, so just have the shop do that, and they'll have to adjust the timing and the idle when they're done anyway.

Maybe somebody nearer to you can recommend a good shop.

What engine do you have in your truck? I can do all of that, and i can get you Toyota parts for a really good discount.
