Well I just got the call that the contract was accepted on a house so I am going to be a new home owner. Here are a few pictures

If that shop is half as good looking on the inside as it is on the outside.... It almost takes the ball numbing cold sweetness out of working on the truck in the winter time though!

Nice shop. I'm jealous. I found a house near me w/ a one car garage for $355k.

I might start putting offers out this summer. Need to muster up a bit more for the down payment.

I fucking hate you. That house would go for $300k near me. I need to relocate to the boonies.

On or before march 31. Just remember you also have dual income, I have no girl friend right now to help pay for the house.

Well the contract did not go through because the home inspection so I am back on the market for a house

There is a retaining wall on the property that is cracked and going to fall over and they are not going to fix the wall or take money off the price so I can fix it.

Well they gave me money towards the wall so I am buying the house again. I settle on the house march 31
