Truck wont start

I parked my truck after work last night and this morning when i went to work, it wouldnt start :x . It would just crank. After checkin things out, I had an idea it was the fuel pump. I disconnected the the line to the fuel rail and had my gf crank it and no gas came out. I also had her turn the key to the on position while i listened to hear the pump prime itself and nothing. I will check the electrical on Friday to make sure it is actually getting juice. Has anyone ran across this before or does anyone offer any advice.

Ted should have a stock fuel pump for you. He is in Winchester. We took them out when we superchsrged our trucks. You coud hook up 12v to the pump and see if it works also. Change your fuel filter lately? Fuze?

ted huh...i dont think im that far from him. as for the filter, i changed it about a month or so ago. so that should be ok. i did check the fuses first so i dont look like an idiot when thats all it was.

Hook 12v to your pump and you should hear it. If not ask Ted how much for his old pump.

well friday i got a call from me gf and the truck started right up. she drove it from gainesville to winchester with no problems. back to the drawing board when it happens again
